Yard Remodel

Complete front and backyard landscaping. Front yard renovation consisted of removing rock, leveling ground, the placement of a new sprinkler system in the yard and drip system in flower bed, installation of a retaining wall, and new sod. In the backyard renovation included removal of an old retaining wall, removal of trees/bushes, installation of a new sprinkler system and drip system, placement of a retaining wall for a fruit and vegetable garden, rock border, and seeded grass.

Bathroom Remodel

With this bathroom renovation we changed the half bath in the master bedroom into a proper master bathroom, and made the hallway bathroom a half bath powder room. This renovation required the knock down of walls between the two bathrooms, reframing, drywalling, texturing, and moving plumbing. Then placement of a new bathtub, new vanities, new toilets, tiling, and painting.

Kitchen Remodel

This kitchen remodel included tearing out existing flooring all the way to the subfloor in order to add cohesive wood flooring that was sanded and refinished. Removal of a wall to open up the kitchen. Closure of an existing doorway that required framing and drywalling. Removal of built-in cabinets and patching with new drywall and covering with shiplap. Tearing out kitchen cabinets, replacing old plumbing, and adding new backsplash.

Bedroom Remodel

For this project, two rooms were combined and converted into a master bedroom. The walls separating the two rooms were knocked down, and a new entrance was created with the installation of an oversized door. A new closet was created, as well. We patched all the drywall, then textured and painted the walls. The wood flooring was removed, and new subflooring and carpet was installed.

For this project, we had to design a blueprint for a basement mother-in-law suite. This was an unfinished basement, so we had to frame, drywall, texture, and paint the walls. Then install new smaller windows. We also added new plumbing throughout the basement. For the kitchen, we installed cabinets, flooring, appliances and lighting. In the bathroom, we installed tile flooring shower tile, new tub, toilet, and vanity. Then installed lighting and new LVP flooring throughout the rest of the suite. This suite included a full size kitchen, a bathroom, living space, and two bedrooms with closets.
